WORK IN PROGRESS

Contributors are generally those who suggest topics and/or guests with particular expertise, who submit (sometimes from afar) pieces or commentary offering fresh perspectives, who participate regularly and actively and/or lead discussions on topics in their areas of interest, and also those who greatly enhance the content of the website as scribes or note takers. In other words, the invaluable glue that binds the websites and the Salons together, making them accurate, dynamic, timely and fun.
While all are valued assets, we would be remiss if we did not single out Herb Bercovitz OWN, the official Scribe of Wednesday Night who faithfully summarizes the Salon discussions, taking care that the off-the-record tradition is respected, often adding his unique philosophical musings on events and statements.
There are also the unsung heroes and occasional heroines who ensure that the audio and video record of the Salon evenings is maintained in order that we may check for accuracy. As these individuals would doubtless prefer to be known for their other professional talents, we do not credit them, but they know who they are and that we could not continue without their gracious (if not always willing) collaboration.
Finally, we express our admiration and gratitude to Robert J. Galbraith, friend and photojournalist extraordinaire, whose photographs of the evenings, and reporting on events ranging from the war in Afghanistan to the invasion of blue-green algae in the Eastern Townships have graced the pages of www.wednesday-night.com for the past several years.
The names of major contributors are listed below with hyperlinks to their individual Contributors page and, where available and appropriate, links to personal or professional web pages or blogs.
